characteristic:
⑴ Micro rubber lubrication, with a lubricating oil consumption of only about 1kg per 8-hour shift, truly achieves capsule no cleaning, shortens drying time, and can save users a lot of money.
⑵ High productivity, with an annual output of up to 1 billion grains per machine (calculated as # 8 OV, 24 hours per day x 320 days).
The main moving parts are equipped with German precision bearings. The whole machine adopts discrete drive, with low noise and smoother operation. The mechanical moving parts adopt independent single point adjustable lubrication method, effectively reducing mechanical wear and greatly extending the average time.
⑷ The medication pump loading display device allows for intuitive viewing of the actual loading value when adjusting the loading amount, eliminating the tedious weighing and calibration process.
The cooling of the rubber drum adopts liquid cooling method, with a temperature adjustment range of 0 ℃ to 20 ℃.
The medicine pump sprays medicine synchronously with the mold and is automated, making it easy to adjust the spraying time.
The medication pump adopts a new cam mechanism, which eliminates the manual synchronization process of the reversing plate.
The spray body can be lifted and lowered quickly and conveniently, and can be stopped at any position.
(9) PLC control, with operation modes available in large-sized touch screen mode and switch button mode, both of which adopt cantilever structure. The control system has fault diagnosis function, reserved network interface, and can achieve remote diagnosis after upgrading.
The new 8-section shaped drying roller cage adopts variable frequency speed regulation, with a more reasonable structure. The dismantling of the rolling cage does not require moving the dryer, making it easy to clean. There is a feeding tray under the rolling cage, which is more in line with GMP requirements.
11. The adjustable temperature hopper is a standard configuration and has functions such as mixing, automatic feeding, low liquid level alarm, and shortage alarm.
The insertion position of the heating cable is more reasonable.
